1. Service Description

PumpFunData provides historical trading data from Pump.fun and Pump.fun AMM via API, and scored token alerts through the Alpha WebSocket service. Both are provided for general informational and research purposes only.

Alpha scores are our algorithm's numeric assessments, not probabilities or guarantees of bonding or profits. Scores depend on available data and methodology, which may change. Historical bonding rates do not measure trading returns, and future performance may decline.

2. No Warranty

THE SERVICE AND DATA ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF ANY DATA. DATA COLLECTION MAY HAVE GAPS DUE TO OUTAGES OR TECHNICAL ISSUES. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Alpha alerts may be delayed, interrupted, or missed because of service, network, or upstream issues. Optional replay provides up to 100 recent updates; it does not guarantee recovery of every missed alert or uninterrupted delivery.

3. Limitation of Liability

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PUMPFUNDATA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

4. Not Financial Advice

Data and alerts are not personalized financial, investment, or trading advice. You control and are responsible for your trading decisions and execution. PumpFunData does not execute trades or manage customer funds. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

PumpFunData and its operators do not hold or trade tokens covered by Alpha Signals.

5. No Affiliation

PumpFunData is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Pump.fun or any related entities. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to abuse the API, attempt to circumvent rate limits, or use the service for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to terminate access for violations.

7. Data Licence & Redistribution

Purchased datasets are licensed for internal use by individuals, companies, and institutions. You may retain and back up downloaded files indefinitely on private systems, transform and index them, and build research features, models, and signals for internal research and trading.

Internal use within your organization is permitted. If you purchase as an individual, you may also use the same files and derived work internally within a company you wholly own, including a company formed later, without a separate licence. Access must remain limited to authorized internal users and private systems.

Without our prior written permission, you may not publicly host, publish, upload, mirror, share, resell, sublicense, or otherwise redistribute the supplied data outside these permitted internal uses, whether free of charge or for payment. This restriction covers the original files, extracts, and reformatted or transformed copies, including making the data available through a website, API, or shared download.

You may publish aggregate statistics, research findings, and model outputs provided they do not disclose individual source records, enable reconstruction of the supplied data, or serve as a substitute for our datasets. Calling data derived or changing its format does not remove these restrictions.

8. Payments & Refunds

Credits do not expire and can be used for historical downloads or Alpha access. Alpha access is prepaid for 7 or 30 days and does not renew automatically. You must explicitly renew with credits; renewing early adds time to your current expiry.

Payments, subscriptions, and credit purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Cryptocurrency payments are processed on-chain and cannot be reversed.

9. Data Privacy

We collect wallet addresses for authentication and payment processing. We do not sell personal data. API usage may be logged for rate limiting and abuse prevention.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
