PumpFunData provides historical trading data from Pump.fun and Pump.fun AMM via API. Data is provided for informational and research purposes only.

THE SERVICE AND DATA ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF ANY DATA. DATA COLLECTION MAY HAVE GAPS DUE TO OUTAGES OR TECHNICAL ISSUES. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

3. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL PUMPFUNDATA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

PumpFunData is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Pump.fun or any related entities. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to abuse the API, attempt to circumvent rate limits, or use the service for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to terminate access for violations.

7. Payments & Refunds

All payments are final. Subscriptions and credit purchases are non-refundable. Cryptocurrency payments are processed on-chain and cannot be reversed.

8. Data Privacy

We collect wallet addresses for authentication and payment processing. We do not sell personal data. API usage may be logged for rate limiting and abuse prevention.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
